You will receive an e-mail after your purchase that contains a link to download your files. If you don't receive your downloads, wait 15 minutes. You may also want to check your email spam folder. If you still do not receive your e-mail, please contact us at support@designcron.es and include your order number.

If you cannot open the files,  check that you are attempting to open the file with the correct software. For example, .ai files are Adobe Illustrator files, .psd files are Adobe Photoshop files, etc.
If you still cannot get your files to open or if you have another technical problem with the files, please contact us at support@designcron.es and include your order number.

Your download links don't expire, and do not have a download limit, but it's important that you either bookmark the download link or save the download email if you feel you'll need to download again in the future. Download links are generated at the point of purchase. Even if you are signed in, they will not be saved to your account.

If you lose your link and need a new one within 30 days of your purchase, please contact us with your request and include your order number. After 30 days, it is our policy not to provide new download links. We suggest that you backup your files in the cloud or on an external device for safety.

Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card on Etsy, confirmation might take a few minutes.

Etsy will send you a download notification email separate from any transaction notification emails you receive from Etsy and/or PayPal with a link to download your purchase. If you do not receive an email or the link isn’t working, you can access your digital files from your Etsy account by following these steps:

1. Sign in to etsy.com on your web browser and click your profile icon on the top right. Note: at this time, digital downloads are not available to download from the Etsy app.

2. Go to purchases and reviews (https://etsy.com/your/purchases).

3. Next to your order, select "Download Files". This goes to the downloads page and you will see all the files included with your purchase.

You can access your digital download at any time by going to your purchases and reviews page, even if you end up losing the file on your device in the future.

Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator are always a safe bet, however, many of our files may be edited with Canva or other online photo editing services. Please read the description of the item before you purchase to determine what software you may need for edits.

Once you have downloaded the zip file, you will need to double click on the folder to open. Once opened, the files inside the folder will be displayed. Click on ‘extract all’ which is located above the files. A pop up will appear asking you where you would like to save your files. Choose a destination and then click ‘extract’. Your files will now be available to view on your computer.
